Electrical and Machine Technician

Course: Graduate of any Engineering Course.

• Conduct meeting with maintenance personnel.
• Review previous day activity and reports.
• Receive maintenance job schedule or instructed by section supervisor.
• Receive work request slip and do with approval of his Supervisor or Head.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair jobs under supervision of his Supervisor.
• Perform machine hygiene after maintenance repair or preventive maintenance of machine breakdown.
• Perform weekly preventive maintenance checklist.
• Monitor and maintain all production and auxiliary machines in good condition.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the Department.
• Prepare necessary reports as instructed.
• Attend production meeting set by his Supervisor or head.
• Lead and key personnel in year-end machine spare parts maintenance inventory.
• Responsible for Internal and external audit of Maintenance and Engineering department.
• Accomplish additional workloads as ordered by his immediate Supervisor and / Manager.
• Conduct 6S practices to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned work area.
• Responsible for adhering to and promoting safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain, implement, and ensure sustained compliance with HALAL standards.
• Maintain, implement, and ensure sustained compliance with the current version of FSSC standards.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
