Electrical and Maintenance Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment, DG sets, motors, control panels and plant utilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure minimum equipment downtime.
• Support maintenance of MMUs and operational vehicles.
• Maintain equipment records and assist in spare planning/procurement through SAP MM.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, permit-to-work and plant safety requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering with 26 years of experience in a manufacturing/process plant. Candidate should have hands-on exposure to electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, DG sets, motors, control panels and industrial utilities. Knowledge of SAP MM and maintenance planning is preferred. Must be safety-conscious and willing to relocate to Zambia/Tanzania.
