Electrical and Maintenance Engineer/Instrumentation Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Calibration and Testing: Regularly calibrate, test, and align process instruments (such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters) to maintain measurement accuracy. [1, 2]
• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Diagnose and repair electrical faults, wiring issues, motor controls, and signal loops using multimeters, calibrators, and diagnostic software. [1, 2]
• PLC and Control Systems Support: Maintain, troubleshoot, and update Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) linked to plant operations. [1, 2]
• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance routines on electrical panels, circuit breakers, transformers, sensors, and actuators to prevent unexpected downtime. [1, 2]
• Corrective Repairs: Replace faulty components, including relays, switches, control valves, and wiring harnesses, adhering to strict industry safety
