Electrical & Mechanical Engineer

• Design, review, and optimize electrical and mechanical systems, including but not limited to electrical system, HVAC, fire services, and plumbing & drainage systems, ELV system
• Coordinate and manage E&M subcontractors to ensure construction quality and adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct on-site inspections and tests to verify all systems comply with Hong Kong regulations and international standards.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documents, tender submissions, and construction drawings.
• Maintain close communication with project teams, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Resolve technical issues arising during construction and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or a related discipline, preferably with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
• Holding a relevant membership or engineering license will be a distinct advantage.
