Electrical & Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Electrical & Mechanical Engineer to join our team and oversee the technical, electrical, mechanical, and maintenance aspects of our facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise electrical and mechanical systems, equipment, and installations. - Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. - Diagnose technical issues and ensure timely troubleshooting and repairs. - Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, generators, pumps, and related systems. - Supervise technicians, contractors, and external service providers. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. - Coordinate installation, repair, upgrading, and commissioning of equipment and systems. - Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements. - Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering practices, and applicable regulations. - Monitor maintenance activities, spare parts, equipment, and technical documentation. - Support facility improvement and renovation projects. - Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations to management. - Ensure all maintenance and engineering activities are completed efficiently and within budget.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: - 10+ years of proven experience in electrical and mechanical engineering, maintenance, or facilities operations. - Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, generators, pumps, and building infrastructure. - Previous experience supervising technicians and contractors. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent organizational and project coordination skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements. - Experience in facility/building management is a strong advantage.
