Duties

• Design, develop, and review electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to support project requirements.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Lead supervision of maintenance teams, providing guidance on welding, electrical work, and mechanical repairs while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage programming of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation processes to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system modifications, maintenance logs, and schematic updates for transparency and future reference.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing technical inquiries promptly and effectively communicating solutions.

Experience

• Proven experience in electrical engineering with a strong background in electrical systems design, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding, mechanical repairs, and system installation.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience managing technical teams or projects.
• Familiarity with schematics reading, electrical diagrams, and technical drawings is essential.
• Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) in industrial automation environments.
• Strong understanding of safety standards related to electrical and mechanical work practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
