We are looking for a responsible, hands-on, and experienced Electrical & Mechanical Site Supervisor to join our team. If you enjoy working on-site, coordinating teams, solving technical challenges, and ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard, we’d love to hear from you!

🔧 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical and mechanical works at project sites.
• Coordinate closely with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and safety regulations.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and compliance with project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify, troubleshoot, and follow up on technical issues.
• Report project progress, site conditions, and any issues or delays to the Project Engineer / Project Manager.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of tools, equipment, and materials at site.
• Maintain accurate daily site reports, inspection records, and other relevant documentation.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and site installation works.
• Familiarity with site safety practices, procedures, and regulations.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
