Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-field electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical support for ADAS endurance vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and repair automotive electrical and mechanical systems.
• Prepare, modify, and troubleshoot vehicle wiring harnesses.
• Install and integrate automotive sensors and instrumentation equipment.
• Perform vehicle component assembly, disassembly, and mechanical integration.
• Support vehicle building, basic fabrication, drilling, and welding activities.
• Assist in vehicle testing, validation, and data acquisition system checks.
• Diagnose sensor-related issues and vehicle communication problems.
• Work with CAN tools and vehicle communication protocols.
• Support vehicle breakdowns and resolve field-related technical issues.
• Ensure proper functioning of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems during testing.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience in wiring harness preparation, vehicle assembly, or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of automotive sensors, instrumentation, and vehicle integration.
• Familiarity with CAN tools and vehicle communication protocols for electrical/instrumentation roles.
• Knowledge of vehicle bodywork and basic fabrication for mechanical roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Educational Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automotive, or a related discipline.

Experience Required

1-3 years of experience in automotive testing, instrumentation, vehicle integration, vehicle building, or field service support
