Best Solar & Batteries is hiring motivated 3rd & 4th year apprentices to join our fast-growing solar and battery team. You’ll gain real, hands-on experience working alongside supportive, solar and battery-qualified A-Grade electricians.

This is a full-time, ongoing role with strong pay, solid training, and clear career progression.

🔧 About the Role

As a 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with solar and battery system installations and maintenance
• Work on rooftops: panel placement, racking, and cable runs
• Support electricians with battery and inverter installs
• Prepare, load, and unload materials and equipment
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Follow all WHS and safety procedures

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice
• Experience in solar and residential installations (preferred)
• Confident working across various roof types
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
• You have your own vehicle and basic tools

✅ Requirements

• White Card

• Driver’s Licence

  Highly regarded (but not essential):

• Working at Heights

• LVR/CPR (current)

• EWP / High Risk Licence
