We are looking for a hardworking, dependable Electrical Apprentice with 2–3 years of experience in civil or underground construction to join a well-established power and infrastructure contractor.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has hands-on construction experience and wants to take the next step toward a long-term career in the electrical industry.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in civil construction, underground utilities, excavation, or related fieldwork
• Experience working around heavy equipment, trenching, grading, or underground utility installations
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with tools and equipment
• Ability to read basic construction plans or understand job-site layouts is a plus
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work as part of a crew and follow safety procedures
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced electricians and field crews with electrical and civil construction projects
• Help with underground electrical installations, conduit placement, trenching, and site preparation
• Operate hand tools and assist with construction equipment
• Support installation of electrical infrastructure
• Maintain a safe, organized job site
• Learn electrical construction methods and develop skills through hands-on training
