Duties

• Assist licensed electricians in installing, wiring, and maintaining electrical systems across commercial and industrial sites
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support project execution
• Use hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and conduit benders to perform electrical tasks accurately and safely
• Support conduit installation, electrical wiring, and system connections following strict safety protocols and NEC (National Electrical Code) standards
• Help with low voltage system setups and high voltage system installations as required by project specifications
• Follow all electrical safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment on construction sites
• Participate in construction activities such as frame carpentry when needed for electrical infrastructure setup

Requirements

• Prior experience or familiarity with industrial or commercial electrician work is highly desirable
• Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and blueprints interpretation skills
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and conduit bending equipment
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and adherence to safety protocols at all times
• Basic understanding of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Safety Code) compliance standards
• Experience working on construction sites or in construction environments preferred
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and teamwork

Pay: $25.52 - $30.74 per hour
