Duties

• Assist experienced electricians with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in industrial environments.
• Support the setup and programming of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), and drives under supervision.
• Participate in wiring, cabling, and testing electrical components for automation equipment.
• Learn to interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects to gain practical experience in industrial automation systems.
• Perform routine inspections and assist in troubleshooting electrical issues as directed.

Experience

• No prior professional experience required; however, a strong interest in electrical systems and automation is essential.
• Basic understanding of electrical principles or coursework related to electronics or automation is preferred.
• Eagerness to learn new skills related to PLC programming, HMI operation, and drive systems.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness are critical for success in this role.
