As our Electrical Apprentice, you'll earn a competitive wage of $20-$24 per hour with scheduled pay increases as you accrue hours, and you'll be paid from your very first day. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR ELECTRICAL APPRENTICE

This is a full-time apprenticeship, and employees report to a central location before traveling to job sites.

As our Electrical Apprentice, you'll work alongside licensed electricians on residential service and installation projects throughout Greater New Haven County and Central Connecticut. You'll assist with panel upgrades, device and fixture installations, rough and finish electrical work, generator and EV charger installations, and the electrical side of heat pump and HVAC projects. Every day provides hands-on training, real-world experience, and valuable apprenticeship hours that move you closer to earning your Connecticut E-2 license and advancing your electrical career.

Here's what we need from you:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift, climb, and work in attics and crawlspaces
• Willingness to register with the CT Department of Labor as an apprentice
• Willingness to attend required related instruction

Any hands-on mechanical or construction experience, trade school coursework or an electrical program already underway, and existing CT DOL apprentice registration are preferred. No electrical experience is required or expected.
