Electrical Apprentice

The Opportunity
Midland Brick is currently accepting expressions of interest for Electrical Apprentices in 2027. As an Apprentice Electrician you will learn how to install, maintain, repair and test various equipment and machinery and gain experience working in an industrial & manufacturing environment. Your role will incorporate learning the trade in a classroom setting and on-the-job training with our experienced tradespeople.
  
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will work toward earning a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll receive ongoing support from Supervisors, Tradespeople, and Development Advisors to ensure you’re on the right path for success, while developing the skills needed to build a long-term career within our business.

Our program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in electrical trade skills, allowing you to grow and gain valuable experience across our manufacturing plants. We’re looking for motivated individuals who are committed to completing the apprenticeship and starting their journey towards becoming a qualified Electrician.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Basic knowledge and a genuine interest in an apprenticeship
• Good technical aptitude
• Awareness and commitment to health and safety

• Effective communication skills with the ability to work within a team
• Self-motivated with a strong desire and willingness to learn
