🌟 Fast-Track Consideration

High-performing applicants may be considered for early interview and host employer placement opportunities.

To be eligible for Fast-Track consideration, applicants should demonstrate:

• Completion (or near completion) of a Certificate II in Electrotechnology
• Industry exposure (work experience, labouring, trade assistant roles)
• Strong attendance and reliability history
• A clear commitment to completing a 4-year apprenticeship

To Be Competitive for Shortlisting, You Will Ideally Have:

• Certificate II in Electrotechnology (or currently completing)
• Relevant industry exposure or work experience
• Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Applicants without these may still apply, however candidates who demonstrate initiative (obtaining licences early, completing pre-apprenticeship training, gaining relevant work experience) will be prioritised.
