Location: Sugar Land, TX 77478
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:20 AM–2:30 PM
Weekend: Occasional weekends Overtime
Pay Rate: $22–$24/hour
Experience: 3+ years
Education: High School Diploma / Technical School

Position Summary

The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, troubleshooting assembly issues, and ensuring completed products meet required specifications. The role requires strong soldering skills, blueprint reading, and the ability to use hand tools and rework techniques.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of assembly experience.
• High School Diploma or Technical School education.
• J-STD-001 certification required.
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification required.
• Strong soldering skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and identify components.
• Good mechanical aptitude and hand-tool skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components across various product lines using the correct tools and fixtures.
• Test assembled products and troubleshoot issues identified during assembly or testing.
• Read and interpret blueprints and identify components.
• Use hand tools and appropriate rework techniques.
• Operate equipment and verify dimensions and tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Create accurate labor records for completed transactions.
• Follow manufacturing procedures and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
