Electrical Assembler

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and systems using hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to follow precise assembly instructions.
• Build electrical panels by wiring components according to schematic diagrams and blueprint specifications.
• Solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with accuracy, adhering to IPC 610 standards for quality.
• Use testing equipment such as ohmmeters to verify electrical continuity, resistance, and proper circuit function.
• Troubleshoot electrical assemblies and electro-mechanical components during manufacturing processes, identifying issues quickly for resolution.
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks as needed, ensuring all parts are correctly fitted and secured according to engineering specifications.

Skills

• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and schematics for accurate assembly.
• Experience with PCB assembly, surface mount technology (SMT), and electrical wiring techniques.
• Skilled in soldering electronic components following IPC 610 standards for quality assurance.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their integration into electrical systems.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical components, electrical panel building, and wiring practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in engineering troubleshooting scenarios involving complex assemblies.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
