Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality electro-mechanical products, ensuring they meet strict specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and systems according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly. Training provided to the right candidate.
• Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques to build electrical panels and assemblies.
• Install and wire electro-mechanical components such as switches, relays, connectors, and circuit boards.
• Perform quality inspections following IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies to ensure defect-free products.
• Conduct troubleshooting on electrical circuits using multimeters, ohmmeters, and other testing devices to identify issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electronics assembly, including PCB soldering and surface mount technology (SMT).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation accurately.
• Familiarity with electrical wiring practices for panels and electro-mechanical components.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and testing instruments such as ohmmeters.
• Knowledge of manufacturing standards including IPC 610 for electronic assemblies.
• Strong mechanical assembly skills combined with electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow blueprint specifications precisely while maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
