Electrical Assembler

Motus is looking for experienced Electrical Panel Builders for technical companies in the Eindhoven region. You will build and wire control panels and PLC cabinets for high-tech machinery and industrial automation, working from electrical drawings in a clean, organised environment.

About the role

You will be involved throughout the panel-building process, from preparing components to completing the wiring and supporting final checks. Your work helps ensure that each control panel is assembled accurately, safely and according to the technical specifications.

Your Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels and cabinets.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Mount electrical components and route wiring accurately.
• Work on PLC cabinets and control systems for industrial automation.
• Inspect your work against the required quality and safety standards.
• Support testing and final checks where needed.

Working hours

This is a full-time position working day shifts.

Your profile

• Experience as an Electrical Panel Builder, Electrical Assembler or in a similar role.
• The ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Practical experience assembling and wiring control panels.
• Confidence using hand tools and measuring instruments.
• An accurate, structured approach and attention to quality.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in industrial automation or machine building is an advantage.
