Electrical Assembly Team Lead

A growing international manufacturer is launching a new industrial liquid cooling production line at its new, world-class facility in WNY and is looking for a hands-on electrical assembly leader to help build it from the ground up.

This isn’t a traditional production job. The ideal candidate is an experienced electrical technician, panel builder, industrial electrician, controls technician, or electromechanical assembler ready for the next step: setting up a new line, training future team members, and growing into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble electrical control panels and industrial cooling systems
• Install and wire electrical components, sensors, drives, and controls
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspections
• Help develop assembly processes and work instructions
• Train and mentor future assembly technicians
• Help set quality standards and best practices
• Work closely with Engineering and Operations during product launches

What You Bring:

• Strong electrical assembly, wiring, or troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Experience with control panels, industrial controls, or automation equipment
• Electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Background in electrical assembly, industrial electrical work, control panel building, electromechanical assembly, automation and controls, maintenance electrician, electrical contracting, manufacturing technician roles, or military electrical or electronics
• Interest in training and leading a team

No manufacturing experience needed. Electrical aptitude, wiring skills, and troubleshooting experience matter more than where you’ve worked before.
