Electrical Assembly Technician

Since 2018, Guardian Safety Bandsaws have been protecting operators worldwide and are the first bandsaw globally with a zero-accident track record. Utilising advanced computer vision technology, our machines can detect danger and stop a moving blade in milliseconds, helping prevent serious injuries before they occur.

We're looking for a hands-on Electrical Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team and help build this world-leading safety technology.

What you'll be doing

• Installing electrical assemblies into Guardian bandsaws
• Preparing, modifying and routing cables
• Installing mechanical components and assemblies
• Assembling sub-components including bearing assemblies, braking systems and trigger mechanisms
• Performing quality checks to ensure a high standard of workmanship

What we're looking for

• Electrical qualification, EST, or similar experience
• Experience working with electrical components and wiring
• Comfortable using hand tools and workshop equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable, honest, and safety-focused
