What they need
- Vocational graduate or college-level in Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Renewable Energy Technology, or a related field
- With 1–2 years of relevant experience
- TESDA Electrical Installation & Maintenance (EIM) NC II/III certification is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar installations
- Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Willing to work on rooftops, field installations, and other electrical-related tasks
- Willing to travel for site assignments
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and undergo technical training
