Electrical BIM Modeller

Salary Range:

• $3500-$5000

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop Electrical BIM models and drawings for residential projects.
• Produce coordinated Electrical layouts, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Perform BIM coordination with Architectural, Structural, and other M&E services.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Update BIM models according to project/site changes and consultant comments.
• Coordinate closely with Project Engineers, site teams, consultants, and other subcontractors.
• Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with project requirements and submission standards.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, or related discipline.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of Electrical systems and M&E coordination.
• Must have hands-on Electrical BIM Modeller experience in Singapore HDB or Condominium residential projects.
• Candidates without HDB or Condo Electrical BIM experience will not be considered.
