We're looking for an Electrical BIM Operator (Revit) to join a growing Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team supporting commercial electrical projects. This role focuses on developing accurate BIM models, coordinating with project teams, and producing high-quality shop drawings that help drive successful project execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for electrical systems, including telecom, fire alarm, and security systems

• Review and implement BIM Execution Plans, project specifications, and Levels of Development (LOD)

• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, foremen, and contractors to resolve design conflicts

• Produce accurate shop drawings, plan sets, schedules, and detailed construction documentation

• Support the development and maintenance of BIM standards and project workflows

• Participate in coordination meetings as needed

• Collaborate with internal and external project teams throughout preconstruction

• Maintain accurate project documentation and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Experience using Revit , Navisworks , Revizto , or similar BIM software

• Experience working with commercial electrical systems

• Ability to read single-line diagrams, electrical plans, and construction documents

• Experience working with cloud-based BIM models

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Autodesk Certification

• Associate Degree in AutoCAD/Revit Drafting & Design

• Experience supporting commercial electrical construction projects

• Strong understanding of BIM coordination and VDC workflows
