We are looking for an Electrcial BIM Specialists with hands-on Revit production experience.
This opportunity is designed for professionals who actively model Electrcial systems on a daily basis — not coordinators, managers, or reviewers whose primary focus is overseeing the work of others.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Regularly model electrical systems in Revit.
- Have delivered installation-ready or fabrication-oriented electrical models (LOD 400).
- Understand electrical systems through direct modeling experience, including conduits, cable trays, panels, lighting, branch circuits, low-voltage systems, and power distribution.
- Use Navisworks for clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination workflows.
- Can communicate comfortably in English during meetings, project discussions, and written communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on electrical BIM modeling experience in Revit production environments.
- Revit Drawings skills (managing view templates, creating clean and complex drawings)
- Modeling of conduit or cable tray systems in mid-big size projects. Usage of parameters for filtering or schedules.
- LOD 400 delivery experience, including fabrication-oriented or installation-ready electrical models. Candidates whose experience is limited to LOD 300–350 coordination models are unlikely to be a fit.
- Active Navisworks experience, including clash detection, issue management, and coordination reporting with other trades.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems such as power distribution, branch circuits, lighting, conduit, cable tray, and low-voltage systems.
- Professional English communication skills for meetings, coordination calls, and project emails. (Upper-Intermediate)
