QUALIFICATION:

DIPLOMA/BE (Electrical Engineering)

SKILLS:

• AutoCAD Electrical (Software Knowledge is must)
• Min 1 year tenure Experience can apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software with a solid understanding of its features and capabilities.
• Previous experience in teaching or training, preferably in a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping others learn and succeed.
• Certification or relevant credentials in AutoCAD or related software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on AutoCAD software, covering various aspects including basic drawing commands, 3D modeling, advanced features, and industry-specific applications.
• Develop curriculum and training materials tailored to the needs and skill levels of the students.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and exercises to reinforce learning objectives.
• Offer guidance and support to students, addressing their questions and assisting them in overcoming challenges.
• Evaluate student progress and performance, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in AutoCAD software to ensure the training content remains relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with other trainers and faculty members to enhance the overall training program.
