Key Responsibilities

• Full-Site Leadership: Direct end-to-end construction operations, leading contractors, site engineers, and trade personnel to drive seamless execution from site prep to final commissioning.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Maintain strict cost control, approve expenditures, and implement Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling to meet tight deadlines.
• Technical Oversight: Review architectural and engineering drawings, manage RFIs/submittals, and proactively identify structural or MEPF clashes before they delay progress.
• Quality & Safety (HSE): Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols and conduct routine audits to ensure 100% compliance with national building codes.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary representative to clients, consultants, and government authorities, providing data-driven progress updates.
• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate potential supply chain, technical, and weather disruptions, executing proactive contingency plans.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Licensure: PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer (REEE / PEE) highly preferred
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in construction management and project supervision
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office / MS Project
• Project Expertise: Proven track record in scheduling (CPM), cost control, RFI management, and site safety standards
