Electrical Commercial Coordinator

Help keep our commercial electrical construction and fit-out projects moving from tender preparation through to project closeout, alongside shaping the tools we use to do it.

You’ll work alongside our Commercial Manager and Project Managers, preparing tenders for review and keeping key project information accurate and organised. Your day-to-day work will also provide practical feedback for ongoing Keece process and software development. We’re open to different backgrounds and experience levels and will shape the role around the right person’s capability.

What you’ll do

• Set up tenders in the Keece App and Simpro.
• Review drawings and specifications, complete takeoffs in Groundplan, and check results from our automated counting tool.
• Record corrections and work with Keece App development to improve takeoff accuracy and estimating workflows.
• Obtain supplier pricing and bring each tender together for Commercial Manager review.
• Track RFIs, variations and maintain drawing and document registers.
• Help Project Managers update project cost reports and forecast information.
• Coordinate closeout records, including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
• Set up variation information for the Project Manager to assess and manage.

What you’ll bring
You’re organised, attentive to detail, comfortable learning new software and good at following things through. You can work with suppliers and project teams while keeping track of changing information and deadlines.

You might come from electrical construction, estimating or project administration.
Or anywhere else, if you think you have the motivation, adaptability and drive to succeed in this dynamic role. No day will be the same, the role is fast paced and dynamic.

We are also keen to welcome someone with a computer science, data or technology background who wants to apply their skills to construction projects and contribute to the development of the Keece process and software improvements.
