We expressly welcome applications from all individuals, regardless of gender, background, or other personal characteristics.

As part of your role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare material take-offs and identify required tools, equipment and test equipment.
  • Compile relevant electrical drawings, documents, Mechanical Completion Check Records (MCCRs) and completion documentation.
  • Identify system interfaces, execution prerequisites and dependencies with other disciplines.
  • Review source information for gaps and coordinate outstanding clarifications with the Job-Setting Lead and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure Work Orders contain the information needed for safe and efficient offshore execution.

Does your profile meet most of these requirements? We look forward to your application.

  • A degree or technical qualification in electrical engineering, power engineering or a comparable discipline.
  • Solid experience in electrical construction, testing or commissioning, combined with experience in work preparation, job setting or work-pack development.
  • Experience in offshore projects, ideally involving offshore substations or comparable electrical infrastructure.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, cable documentation and technical specifications.
  • Practical understanding of electrical installation and testing requirements, material take-offs and man-hour estimation.
  • Familiarity with punch lists, completion records and interfaces between construction and commissioning.
  • Good command of English and confidence working with digital documentation and project systems.
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach and strong coordination skills.

For any offshore deployment, the required safety training and offshore medical certification will be confirmed according to the assignment.

To support a successful collaboration throughout the project, we offer the following benefits:

  • A diverse and challenging role in a forward-thinking offshore wind company
  • Collaboration with a highly experienced and motivated international team
  • Insight into cutting-edge projects in a fast-evolving energy sector
  • Clear coordination, streamlined onboarding, and professional project support
  • The opportunity to build long-term relationships and future project opportunities with SeaRenergy
