This role is for someone who understands both the financial and field sides of electrical construction and can independently manage budgets, schedules, labor planning, procurement, change orders, billing, client relationships, and project risk.

Healthcare construction experience, occupied-facility renovation, and HCAI project experience are highly valued.

Our team values balance, leadership, education, and service. We work closely with our field crews and clients, communicate openly, and give experienced professionals to take ownership and deliver successful projects.

Our office is in San Francisco’s Mission District, near public transportation.

What You’ll Do

Manager project financial performance, including budgets, cost forecasting, labor performance, billing, change orders, and profitability.

Develop and maintain project schedules, procurement plans, and material/equipment requirements.

Partner closely with general foremen and field crews, general contractors, owners, designers, vendors, and inspectors.

Monitor labor productivity and resolve issues before they affect cost or schedule.

Lead coordination with general contractors, owners, designers, vendors, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and scope

requirements to identify project risks and opportunities.

  • Prepare and review electrical estimates, change-order pricing, scope revisions

using Accubid or comparable software.

  • Navigate and manage change orders and communicate their financial and

schedule impact.

  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and YEC leadership

regarding project status, cost, schedule, scope, and risk.

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant experience managing commercial electrical construction projects with

direct responsibility for project financial results.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from startup through

closeout.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, sequencing labor planning,

procurement, and field operations.

  • Hands-on experience estimating electrical work and preparing change-order

pricing using Accubid or comparable estimating software.

  • Strong understanding of project cost controls, forecasting, billing, and change

management.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, contracts, and

construction documents.

  • Strong judgment, organization, and communication skills with the ability to

manage multiple priorities and make sound project decisions.

  • Healthcare construction, occupied-facility renovation, or HCAI project

experience is strongly preferred.
