Requirement

• Candidates who aim to build a career as an Electrical Construction Management Engineer in Japan.
• Applicants must hold a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field from a reputed university. Candidates who are expected to graduate are not eligible to apply.
• Applicants who can commit to one year of continuous Japanese language study, from enrollment through completion of the program.
• Applicants who commit to working in Japan upon receiving a job offer after completing the program and who have a strong intention to pursue a long-term career in Japan.
• Highly motivated individuals with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Applicants who are willing and able to engage in electrical construction management work in Japan.
• Applicants who are committed to passing the JLPT N2 and obtaining the Second-Class Electrician License within three years of starting work in Japan, and who aspire to obtain the Electrical Construction Management Engineer certification within five years.
• Applicants must be in good health and free from any medical conditions, including tuberculosis, that may interfere with their ability to perform their job duties. Final eligibility will be determined based on a medical examination conducted after a job offer is made.
• Medical examination costs: Covered by the operation company
