About Our Client Our client is a well-established commercial electrical contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects with integrity, precision, and care. The company has built its culture around core values of family, faith, and professionalism — creating a workplace where people are respected and invested in. They serve a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, municipal, industrial, and multi-family construction. With a leadership team deeply committed to safety and long-term success, this company offers a place where your work genuinely matters and your growth is supported.
Job Description As a Electrical Construction Project Manager , you will serve as the operational and financial leader of assigned electrical construction projects — from preconstruction kickoff through final closeout. Day-to-day, you will work alongside Superintendents and Foremen to ensure crews have the manpower, materials, and information they need to execute safely and efficiently. You will own the budget, track labor productivity, manage change orders, and keep clients informed at every stage. This role exists because great field execution starts with great project support. You will be the connective tissue between the office and the field — removing obstacles, solving problems proactively, and representing the company with professionalism to clients, GCs, and trade partners. If you lead with a servant mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment, this role is built for you. You will report to senior leadership and collaborate daily with field leaders, estimating, procurement, and client teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about construction excellence, financial accountability, and building long-term trust with every stakeholder.
