- Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and electrical technicians.
- Monitor workmanship and productivity while maintaining a strong focus on quality and schedule.
- Work closely with engineering, quality control, project management, and customer representatives to resolve production issues.
- Participate in final inspections, customer walkdowns, punch-list completion, and turnover of completed generator enclosures.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of electrical construction, industrial electrical, manufacturing, or electrical supervision experience.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience managing electrical personnel.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, controls, grounding, conduit, cable tray, and electrical distribution equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and one-line diagrams.
- Experience with industrial generators, generator enclosures, switchgear, control systems, or critical-power systems is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale power projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical safety practices.
- Ability to coordinate multiple work crews and meet aggressive production schedules.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, production, quality, safety, and project management teams.
Performance Expectations:
The successful candidate will be a hands-on electrical leader who can take ownership of the electrical portion of generator-enclosure production, keep crews productive, identify problems before they affect the schedule, maintain high-quality workmanship, and ensure every enclosure is electrically complete, tested, documented, and ready for delivery to the data center project.
