Electrical Crew Leader

Hana Engineers and Consultants, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Crew Leader to coordinate field teams and support electrical installation, maintenance, and project activities. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, practical electrical knowledge, and a commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily electrical crew activities.
• Assign tasks and monitor work progress to meet project schedules.
• Oversee electrical installations and related fieldwork.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, codes, and project specifications.
• Inspect completed work and help resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members.

Requirements

• Electrical trade experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site and meet physical job requirements.
• Relevant electrical licenses or certifications may be required.
