Electrical Design Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and documentation of electrical systems for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and auxiliary systems
• Prepare electrical plans, single-line diagrams, load calculations, and technical specifications
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards (PEC, IEC, NEC, etc.)
• Coordinate with architects, civil/structural engineers, and project managers
• Provide technical support during construction and installation
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built plans
• Conduct site inspections when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Electrical Engineer
• At least 1 year experience in electrical design
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is a plus)
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
