What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design electrical systems for oil & gas facilities, including power distribution, control circuits, and instrumentation.
- Create detailed cable schedules and layouts using software such as SLD (Single-Line Diagram) or SpEL (System Engineering Package).
- Perform earthing calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry as an Electrical Design Engineer.
- Proficiency in creating cable tray designs, cable sizing calculations, transformer sizing estimates.
- Strong understanding of ETAP (Electricity Transmission Access Program) / SPEL software for electrical system analysis.
