What they need
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of both new and existing products, working on projects from initial concept right through to manufacturing, commissioning and customer installation.
This is more than a desk-based design role. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, work directly with customers, collaborate across departments, and see first-hand how your designs perform in the field. From developing electrical control systems and solving technical challenges to supporting product innovation, you’ll be involved at every stage of the engineering journey.
Working within a talented and supportive engineering team, you’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, challenge the status quo and play an active role in shaping the future of our engineering function. We value engineers who are curious, proactive and motivated to find better ways of working for both our customers and our business.
Whether you’re developing a new solution, enhancing an existing product, or helping solve a customer challenge, you’ll gain genuine satisfaction from seeing your work transformed into world-class equipment operating successfully in real-world environments.
At JMG, our purpose is “Creating a Better Way“, and we’re looking for people who share our passion for innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement. If you’re someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and making a meaningful contribution, you’ll thrive here.
