- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering
- 12 years of experience in consultant design, managing complex building services MEP Design BIM projects - like high rise buildings, commercial & residential, Infrastructure
- knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT-MEP, Navisworks is an added advantage.
- Adequate knowledge in Electrical designs - Electrical Distribution Panels, Lighting, Cable management system, Outdoor lighting, Indoor lighting; Lux Level Calculations; load estimation; Voltage drops and short circuits calculations; ELV systems Fire alarm, PAVA, CCTV, SCS; Hands on experience in using software tools like – Dialux; Amtech
