What they need
PLAN PREPARATION
Assist in preparation of conceptual and detailed plans, estimates and documents for permit application, bidding and construction and submit complete permit/bid/construction plans for; a. Hospitality; b. Open Space Amenities; c. Housing; d. Marketing Office; e. Building/MRBs. Coordination with consultants and checking of their submitted plans and documents and provide value engineering and checklist.
DESIGN COORDINATION
Provide solutions during construction to suit site conditions and as approved job request; Order to Construct (OTC), Material Selection, Meeting / Inspection / Shop Drawings.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years’ experience in electrical design and implementation works
- With experience designing Industrial Warehouses Projects
- Willing to be assigned in G. Araneta Quezon City
