Electrical Design Engineer

At Fabex Automation Pvt Ltd, we design, develop and manufacture Special Purpose Machines (SPM) for industrial equipments and automation needs. We are seeking a passionate Electrical Design Engineer with solid knowledge of electrical and control panel designing. Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI programming will be be of added value.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to -

Design, develop and maintain electrical control panel and system drawings in AutoCAD.

Selection of all electrical parts such as sensors, actuators, switchgears, etc. for special purpose machines (sealant dispensing machines, packaging, production, testing automation machines).

Creating and maintaining Bill of Materials.

Basic understanding PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Delta), inputs/outputs through industrial relays and/or equipment sensors, touch screens, push buttons, and electrical control logic within our equipment.

Create PLC systems design, programming, networks, electrical design, control and networks and debugging.

Creating and updating user manuals, programming diagrams, network diagrams, and electrical drawings.

HMI, SCADA Screen development.

Electrical Panel wiring and testing with wireman.

Experience in motor control, hardware and software designs with controls using PLCs an advantage.

On-site experience for installation and commissioning preferred.

Job Requirements and Skills

B.E in ENTC or Instrumentation & Electrical Engineer.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Industrial Automation

Self motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Good analytical reasoning, theoretical approach and communication skills

Willing to travel for site support etc if required.
