JOB DESCRIPTION: DESIGNING ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL & INFRA)

Educational Qualification

Diploma / Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Salary Range

₹20,000/- to ₹25,000/- per month

Desired Qualities & Candidate Profile

· Marital Status: Preferable both married / unmarried candidates.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

· Design Expertise: Strong grip on drawings design, LT & HT panel designing work, LUX designing, and documentation work.

· Coordination: Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams.

· Project & BOQ History: Past experience handling detailed project lists and BOQ preparation.

· Store Management: Experience in maintaining store operations.

· Age Group: Between 25 to 32 years.

· Mobility: Preferable two-wheeler driving skill and own vehicle.

· Notice Period: 3 months.

Employment Bond Policy (Mandatory)

Compulsory 2-Years Employment Bond Agreement: Selected candidates are required to sign a mandatory 2-year service agreement with Arrv Infra & Engineering upon joining, ensuring commitment to project execution and continuity.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design & Technical Execution

· Load List and Load Schedule preparation.

· SLD (Single Line Diagram) Drawings design.

· GA (General Arrangement) Drawings design.

· Drawing approval coordination and finalization.

· BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and readiness.

· Material Indent preparation.

· Site Survey, Marking, and execution instructions.

· As-Built drawings preparation upon project completion.

· Drawings preparation for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Project Planning & Site Management

· Weekly work planning (considering material availability, site conditions, and coordinating with supervisors).

· Daily site-wise progress record maintenance.

· Tracking material requirements across projects.

Billing & Financial Tracking

· Project bill preparation and submission.

· Reading and evaluating pending bills.

· Bills tracking record follow-up.

· Updating the master format sheet of billing.

· Tracking billing approvals with HR's and S.T.

Interview Process

· AutoCAD Drawing Practical Test.

· B.O.Q Test based on Engineering Drawings.

· Technical Interview: Briefing and end-to-end explanation of past work experience and project portfolio.
