Are you an Electrical Design Engineer with experience in data centres, mission-critical facilities or complex power systems? Looking to work on some of Europe's most advanced and high-profile projects?

We're seeking an ambitious engineer to join a growing team delivering large-scale hyperscale data centre projects. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of critical infrastructure, helping design the electrical systems that support some of the world's leading technology companies.

The Role

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and coordinating electrical designs for mission-critical environments, working closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for hyperscale data centre and mission-critical projects
• Develop power distribution, control, ICT, security and fire detection system designs
• Produce calculations, technical reports, specifications and design documentation
• Carry out power system studies and electrical analysis
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, contractors and internal project teams
• Support technical reviews, value engineering initiatives and problem-solving activities
• Ensure designs comply with ETCI, BS7671, EN/IEC standards and Building Regulations
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion

What We're Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years' experience in Electrical Design Engineering
• Experience within data centres, pharmaceuticals, industrial or other mission-critical environments
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems and design principles
• Knowledge of ETAP, Amtech, EPLAN, AutoCAD, Revit or similar design software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
• Willingness to travel when required
