Salary: ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Design Engineer to design and develop solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical engineering, proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar PV systems.
• Prepare electrical layouts, technical drawings, and system designs.
• Use design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
• Test new systems, evaluate performance, and make necessary design modifications.
• Prepare technical design reports, project documentation, and drawings.
• Develop and prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) for project requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to finalize technical designs and project requirements.
• Continuously learn and implement new technologies, tools, and design methodologies.
• Support the team in improving design efficiency and overall project quality.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering and electrical design principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp or similar design software.
• Basic knowledge of Solar PV systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to prepare technical drawings, design reports, and BOMs.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
• M.E. / M.Tech / M.S. in Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Electrical Design Engineer.
• Experience in electrical design, technical drawings, and design software is preferred.
• Candidates with knowledge of solar PV design will have an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Annual CTC: ₹2.50 LPA – ₹3.60 LPA, depending on experience and skills.
