What they need
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B. Tech) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics
- Experience: Fresh
- Strong foundational understanding of 3-phase power systems, electrical circuits, and electromagnetism
- Working knowledge of 2D/3D design tools like AutoCAD. Basic familiarity with modeling software such as ETAP, MATLAB, or Simulink is a plus.
- High attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to explain technical designs to peers.
