Electrical Design Engineer (Power Supply)

Responsibilities:

·        Design Switching Power Supply (PFC & DC-DC converter)

·        Must have taken care of a project from the design implementation stage to the production support stage.

·        Key Component Selection.

·        Key Component Power Consumption.

·        Magnetic, power circuit, control circuit, and protection circuit design.

·        Draft of Magnetic Component Spec.

·        Schematic design (Calculation/Simulation) and Functional Block Diagram.

·        Tolerance Design.

·        Worst Case Analysis and Compliant to Customer's request.

·        Draft EE DFMEA.

·        Layout Review and able to perform failure analysis on the failures found in the early stages of design.

Qualifications:

·        Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering with major studies in Power Electronics.

·        Have experience at least 1-3 years of designing switching power supply.

·        Strong background on Electrical design.

Skills:

·        Circuit Design, OrCAD, EMC Design, Magnetics Design, Control Design, Converter Topology,  and Simulation.

·        Troubleshooting & analyzing technical problem

·        Verbal and written communications skills in English.

·        Able to travel oversees to Europe, China.

·        Professional working attitude, high responsibility and good teamwork, Eager to learn new things & technology: most important.
