Electrical Division Manager

Company Profile: A construction company specializing in engineering, installation, and construction services for building systems, including electrical, mechanical, electronic, and communication infrastructures.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Salary: Php50,000 - Php 80,000 gross

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.

Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE). A Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) license is highly preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial (manufacturing), and infrastructure construction projects.

Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and construction safety standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Willing to travel and oversee multiple project sites as required.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Plan, organize, and manage electrical and construction projects from pre-construction through project completion.

Supervise project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site personnel to ensure efficient project execution.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources to achieve project objectives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, client specifications, and government regulations, including safety and quality standards.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding project progress and requirements.
