Electrical Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and modify electrical shop drawings, layouts, schematics, and coordination drawings.

· Develop power, lighting, cable route, containment, Earthing and lightning protection systems, low-current, fire alarm, and ELV system drawings.

· Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, MEP teams, consultants, and site personnel.

· Prepare builder's work drawings and sleeve/embedded drawings.

· Generate as-built drawings based on site conditions and approved changes.

· Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority regulations, and approved standards.

· Participate in MEP coordination meetings and clash resolution activities.

· Maintain proper drawing records and document control.

· Review consultant comments and incorporate revisions accordingly.

· Support project teams with technical drawing requirements and submissions.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman

· Experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, residential, airport, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments.

· Knowledge of DEWA, ADDC/TAQA and UAE authority requirements.

· Knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.

· Immediate availability preferred

Pay: Up to AED 4,000 to 6,000.00 per month

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,521.37 per month
