1. Electrical Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Electrical Engineer who loves solving problems, enjoys working on real projects, and is ready to learn, grow, and make an impact with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems, layouts, calculations, specifications, and tender documents.
• Develop electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Attend technical meetings, site inspections, and project discussions when required.
• Review contractors' shop drawings, technical submissions, and material proposals.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Be part of the team from design stage through to project delivery.
• Provide practical engineering solutions to meet project requirements, quality, and timelines.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience is an advantage, but attitude, potential, and willingness to learn matter to us.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in engineering consultancy is preferred.
• Familiar with Malaysian Standards, UBBL, TNB requirements, and relevant authorities.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, or data centre projects is an added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Curious, proactive, willing to learn, and ready to grow.

2. BIM Modeler

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated BIM Modeler with strong technical knowledge in Electrical or Mechanical Building Services and good BIM modelling skills.

You will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, performing BIM coordination, preparing coordinated drawings, and supporting the delivery of Data Centre, Industrial, Commercial, and Residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Electrical and Mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Work with Electrical, Architectural, Mechanical, and Structural drawings to provide fully coordinated installation solutions through BIM modelling.
• Develop and maintain BIM models in accordance with project requirements and company BIM standards.
• Prepare installation drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from coordinated BIM models.
• Coordinate BIM models and drawings with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Prepare clash analysis reports and assist in resolving coordination issues.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings and assist in resolving design and construction issues.
• Maintain document and drawing control procedures in accordance with company standards and ISO requirements.
• Ensure BIM deliverables are completed within project schedules and quality requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Drafting, BIM, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Building Services systems is an added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit BIM Modelling.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling techniques.
• Proficient in Navisworks for clash detection and analysis.
• Ability to prepare clear clash analysis reports.
• Experience coordinating with other design disciplines is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong Revit skills are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Architectural, Electrical, and Mechanical systems installation details is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of local authority requirements is an advantage.
• Willing to travel within KL city centre or Johor, depending on Management's arrangement.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

3. Drafter

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Drafter to support our engineering and project teams in preparing accurate technical drawings and documentation for building services projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, BIM modelers, consultants, and project teams to develop drawings for commercial, industrial, residential, and data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare detailed electrical and mechanical building services drawings based on engineering designs and project requirements.
• Develop layouts, details, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Assist engineers and BIM modelers in preparing project documentation.
• Coordinate drawings with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
• Revise drawings based on design changes, coordination requirements, and site conditions.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings and construction documentation.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project requirements and company standards.
• Maintain proper drawing and document control.
• Ensure drawing deliverables are completed within project schedules.
• Attend coordination meetings and assist the project team when required.

Requirements

• Diploma, Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree in Drafting, Engineering, BIM, Construction, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Building Services is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand engineering, architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience in MEP drafting or building services projects is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with good AutoCAD/Revit skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work according to project deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn.
