Electrical Engineer, BMS - Construction

Summary:

• Basic up to $7000 + Performance Bonus 2-3 months
• 5.5 days

Job Scope:

• Monitor and supervise subcontractors’ work progress to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, method statements, material specifications and samples.
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant authorities, subcontractors, main contractors and clients on shop drawings, material submissions and sample approvals.
• Review and coordinate electrical design drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications, design requirements and guidelines.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between M&E, structural, interior design, architectural drawings and client requirements.
• Plan, allocate and manage project activities to ensure works are completed within the required timeline, quality standards and established SOPs.
• Attend project meetings with contractors, subcontractors and clients to address issues, provide progress updates, and review drawings and specifications for compliance.

Requirements:

• Candidates with Construction Electrical / BMS System or ANY related experience are welcome to apply
