If you enjoy owning projects from concept through manufacturing and commissioning—and have experience with switchgear, MCCs, transformers, PCRs, or PDCs—we'd love to connect.

What You'll Do

  • Design electrical power distribution systems from customer specifications through final release.

  • Select and size electrical equipment including switchgear, MCCs, transformers, panelboards, ATS systems, and related equipment.
  • Perform electrical calculations including load calculations, voltage drop, conductor sizing, grounding, and equipment selection.
  • Coordinate with customers, manufacturing, project management, vendors, and field service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), commissioning, and field troubleshooting.
  • Ensure designs comply with NEC, IEEE, UL, NEMA, and customer specifications.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Power Engineering Technology (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience designing industrial power distribution systems.
  • Experience with one-line diagrams, control schematics, equipment layouts, and electrical drawing packages.
  • Knowledge of switchgear, MCCs, transformers, PCRs, PDCs, or electrical equipment buildings.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and standard electrical design practices.
  • Understanding of NEC, IEEE, UL, and NEMA standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and customers.

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Medium-voltage power distribution
  • Switchgear and motor control centers
  • Power Control Rooms (PCRs)
  • Power Distribution Centers (PDCs)
  • E-Houses
  • FAT testing and commissioning
  • SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower

Why Join?

  • Opportunity to work on complex industrial power distribution projects.
  • Collaborative engineering environment with strong technical mentorship.
  • Career growth and long-term development opportunities.
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

If you're passionate about designing reliable power distribution systems and want to be part of a team that values technical excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
